Shipping Instructions Send units for repair to the following address: DTR Downtown Radio Denver ATTN: Repair Department 2525 West 6th Avenue Denver, Colorado 80204 Please be sure to adequately pack your unit, with at least 2 inches of packing material surrounding all sides of the unit, to prevent shipping damage. Before shipping to us, please record your model and serial number for your records, as well as sending that information with the unit. Insure your unit for the full value in case shipping damage is incurred. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cashiers check. If payment information is not provided, we will call you for this information prior to returning you unit. If you do not have an open account with us, a security deposit may be required. If you have an account with us, please specify your account number. If you would like us to reference a Purchase Order, please specify one. Please include with your shipment contact information -- so that if we have any questions on your repair we know how to get in touch with you. Also include an address for us to return the unit once we've repaired it -- we must have a physical address, not a Post Office Box.
