The management and staff of DTR Technologies, LLC are committed to providing superior product and service. This web page was designed to introduce the quality certifications that DTR has achieved; and to provide information pertaining to DTRs Quality System and the many ways we are trying to enhance our quality of product and service to meet or exceed our customers expectations.
To ensure Quality and One-of-a-Kind Service, the team approach is used to support DTRs Quality Policy. We are constantly looking for areas of continuous improvement, performing monthly internal audits, and encouraging ongoing employee awareness.


DTR of Denver has been certified to an internationally recognized quality standard since October 1998 by Orion Registrar, Inc. We currently hold a certification to the ISO 9001:2000 standard and have since December 2003. Orion Registrar, Inc is a Colorado-based company that is internationally accredited by the RvA and ANAB. DTRs ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration ID A0001492-1 and Quality Management System is applicable to Automotive and Consumer Electronics Sales and Service.
ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system where we, as an organization:
- need to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide product that meets our customers requirements, and
- aim to enhance our customers satisfaction through the effective implementation of the quality management system, which includes processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of meeting our customers requirements.
In October 2004, DTR met the national requirements to become part of a very select group of consumer products service centers in the United States to be qualified as a Certified Service Center (CSC) , Registration Number CO0016. To achieve this status, we have taken the initiative to have our technicians and Service Manager certified, develop a consumer code of conduct, provide consumer protection in the form of adequate insurance coverage, and to provide a consumer friendly facility to serve our clientele. The CSC rating is the highest level of recognition for technical expertise and consumer service given by the consumer electronics and major home appliance industry.
Diagnosing and repairing todays sophisticated devices requires special skills and constant training to keep abreast of changing technologies. Service Centers that make the effort to maintain the high level of excellence necessary to become a Certified Service Center, like DTR, are proud of their skills and deserve to be recognized by their profession. Certification is strictly voluntary and only those service companies who possess extraordinary skills in the field of consumer electronics or major appliance repair will attempt the rigorous testing procedure. The Consortium for Certified Service Centers (CCSC) is a not-for-profit National Trade Association representing independent appliance and electronic service centers. The Certification programs developed by the CCSC are designed to encourage excellence and pride in the consumer product service industry.
